They say "good things come in small packages", but the Albion Reunion Picnic 2013 was no small "package" - but a very very good one indeed.

The organizers apologize to the entire Albion Community for organizing this year's event on a Sunday. It seems that having this year's event on a Sunday brings out more Albionites than the previous years. The fact that the event was held on a Sunday was due to the Parks Dept having already issued a permit for our proposed date --- 08 10 2013. We had to settle without any delay on the 08/11/13 or 08/17/13 and we chose 08/11/13.

The well behaved majestic crowd enjoyed every moment -- the athletic events, the hula hoop, etc. but most of all they enjoyed the rattling tassa beats.

The organizers appreciate the support from both the Albionites and the sponsors alike and are expecting their continued support in the future.
Let us all enjoy the winter and come back out next year to meet old and new friends/neighbors once again.
